TicketTaxi Return & Replacement Policy
At TicketTaxi, we work hard to ensure a smooth and reliable ticket-buying experience. However, due to the nature of live events, there are some important policies we want you to be aware of:
Event Cancellations or Changes
Live events may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled at any time for reasons beyond our control—including weather, performer illness, or venue issues. If an event is canceled, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.
Please understand that performers and venues sometimes delay ticket distribution until closer to the event date. This is a common industry practice and does not impact the validity of your order.
Delivery & Timing
Tickets will be delivered electronically, either via email or mobile transfer. Delivery timing depends on the event organizer, and in some cases, tickets may not be released until shortly before the event.
Better Replacement Offer
If the tickets you originally requested are unavailable, we will make every effort to upgrade you to better seats in a similar or higher-quality section and row—at no additional cost to you. If you're not satisfied with the Better Replacement seats we offer, you're eligible for a full refund at the original purchase price.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if your tickets are not delivered or if you reject our Better Replacement offer.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once you have received your tickets.
All sales are final once delivery is confirmed.
Acknowledgement
By purchasing through TicketTaxi, you acknowledge and accept that event schedules are subject to change, and that ticket delivery may be delayed by the venue or performer. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
